DELIVERY & RETURNS

We are very passionate about our products with the emphasis on quality being of paramount importance.

 

The frames, seats and backs are manufactured in Britain to the very highest standards and each chair is lovingly hand-painted, lacquered and assembled to order.

 

We go to great lengths to make sure the photographs and descriptions on our website illustrate our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

 

We also go to great lengths to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.  Each chair is dispatched in its own sturdy double-ply, corrugated cardboard box (one chair per box) with convenient hand holes for ease of carrying.

 

For us, as a company, it is imperative that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  So we provide you with our assurance that if, for whatever reason, you change your mind, or, in the very unlikely event your chairs arrive damaged, you only need to contact us and we will promptly resolve things.

 

We cannot accept returns, or cancellations once work has begun, on bespoke painted chairs.

Returns

 

If you would like an exchange or refund please contact us in writing (scottandtaylorlondon@gmail.com) within 7 working days from the day you received your delivery. 

 

All return items must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging. 

 

The cost of returning the items will be your responsibility.

We will issue a full refund within 14 working days provided the items in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered and if there are any problems whatsoever please call us immediately on 07803 954 676 or email us at scottandtaylorlondon@gmail.com

 

In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement. We will bear the cost to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

 

Delivery 

 

We use DPD couriers and offer free UK mainland delivery. 

 

For delivery outside the UK please contact us for an ex-workshop price. 

 

Acknowledgement of Order & Lead Time

 

Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send you an email acknowledgement.

 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery as each chair is individually hand painted, lacquered, and assembled to order with the paint and lacquer taking a number of days between coats to fully cure before dispatch. 

 

More often than not your order will be ready earlier but we will always keep you fully informed and when your chairs are ready for despatch we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
