ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

 100% British Design and Craftsmanship.

The tubular steel frames together with the laminated ply backs and seats are manufactured in the UK in the same traditional manner the originals were back in the 1930's -1960's. Each chair is hand-painted and all products are lacquered and assembled to order.

Because of the handcrafted nature of the product, each chair bears its own subtle differences and characteristics. The frames, together with the variations in the graining patterns of the backs and seats, means that each product is unique.

Note:

The photographs throughout this website endeavour to portray the chairs as authentically as possible. However, as described above, because of the handmade nature of the product each chair will have its own subtle characteristics - particularly in the graining patterns of the beech seats and backs - all part of the beauty and charm of each piece.
